Fairly clean accommodation, friendly staff. Big unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators. Location very close to the Philippines, a main shopping hub, and Ayala center and other restaurants. Excellent base for exploring Cebu.

Beds were small.

The food options were good and varied. The hotel's location is favorable, being ideally situated near Ayala Center, a major shopping hub, and close to Ayala Mall and Vibo Place.

The beds were best, I slept well. It was an incredibly comfortable location close enough to the Ayala center, Ayala mall and other restaurants. Also, Kukuk's Nest was in walking distance.

The room had a very comfy bed and a particularly nice view. The bathroom was spacious, with a bidet, terrycloth bathrobes, and shower caps. Absolutely perfect and fantastic location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed.

Friendly and attentive staff all around. The location was super convenient and just a short stroll to all the places we wanted to visit 😊.

The service at the restaurant is good. The location is absolutely perfect and incredible, not far from Ayala center and other restaurants. Nearby 24-hour convenience stores and public transport make it very convenient.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. When we needed a floor mat, they promptly delivered one to our room. The hotel even went above and beyond when I left my watch behind after checking out. They found it and made sure it was returned to me. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and everything in it felt new. The bedsheets were comfortable and the toiletries smelled amazing. The location was convenient, with Ayala Center only a short walk or ride away. All the staff were kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early without any extra charge. our stay was superb and we appreciate the excellent service.
